HerpadonWe're at two opposite ends of the shitty shoe-size spectrum. I haven't worn a size 7 since I was maybe 9-10 years old. When I was 14 I was wearing a size 15 (and my height hadn't caught up yet so I looked REAL weird). I'm 32 now and I'm in between 15-16 depending on the manufacturer.
And I just had a kid and while he's wearing 3-6 month old clothes, he's wearing the 12 month old shoes and socks. So he's going to have the same problem I have.

caroldI have really narrow feet actually. Like, what most people consider normal would be wide on me.
My feet are a genetic abnormality that have done nothing but cause me issues in one way or another. Luckily I think I passed those genes on to my son so I'll have someone to commiserate with.
