Switch broke relatively shortly into its life with me. If I screw it down enough to light up at all, it is constantly on, brightest and won't change to low or off. Only way to turn if off is to unscrew the head. I haven't been truly disappointed in a product that wasn't a bad taco decision and food poisoning for a lot of years. This flashlight broke that. I don't even remember what the last product this disappointing was. . . . aside from not remembering why I don't eat at Taco Bell
