@GourmetKickz for some reason the tracking number I received do not contain further updated details on the shipment. It says "UPS shipping label created 10/27/14," It has been more than a week now and the status remains the same. I emailed massdrop support and I was told that the item is shipped directly from you "the vendor" and that they have no role in the shipment of my purchase. Please advise. Thank you!

Your package was 1 of a very few which were shipped with UPS Surepost but given to USPS instead of UPS for package acceptance. In these cases the UPS Tracking number appears to return no information except for the label creation. The ACTIVE tracking number is therefore the USPS tracking number which Massdrop may have not provided. These UPS Surepost labels have 2 tracking numbers. If you give me the last 4 digits of your UPS tracking number I can provide your associated USPS tracking number. FYI the numbers I tracked just now show the packages are in their destination cities at the USPS Sorting facility. Expect delivery tomorrow.

@ZacMat Your package is either going to be delivered tomorrow or it was delivered today. I tracked all packages that were processed with UPS Surepost but given directly to USPS.
In the future please provide at very least an order number.

I located your tracking number and apparently the last scan by USPS was in Jersey City, NJ on November 5th. Typically Sureport by UPS packages will not receive scans until they reach their destination city. Since your package was given to USPS rather than UPS it will go through a couple of USPS sort facilities instead of UPS routing. If the package were handed to UPS it would be handed off to USPS in your destination city. USPS informed me that they can accept UPS Sureport and will simply scan the USPS tracking number. Your USPS tracking number is: 92612924911462541400003076
Mind you other packages with UPS Surepost that were given to USPS rather than UPS have been successfully routed and delivered. I am keeping an eye on your package and will initiate a trace on Monday to see why the package has not been scanned again. It could very well be on its way to MO and is simply not receiving scans along the way.
This is as much information as I can provide at this point. I hope it is of some help. Feel free to also call USPS with the tracking number I provided to find out more info.
