They received my TM26 for RMA on October 7. So they have had it for over 1 month now.
I have been going back and fourth with them for 4 weeks now. Initially all was ok, they claimed to have shipped out the RMA but never did. I was told it was shipped out on Oct 22 but it never was. Told again on Nov 5 over the phone that it was never shipped out and it will be shipped out same day as a priority and that I would receive a tracking notification. That hasn't happened.
Every time I email them I'm waiting for about a week for a reply. Customer treatment seems unprofessional to say the least. I don't mind waiting over a month for my RMA. I just don't want to be BS'd.
I want to order another for a friend but I don't want them to be put through this ordeal dealing with that company if anything happens to fail with the light.
They now say it's been shipped. Hopefully...
