Anyone here ordered the mice from Canada? I'm getting conflicting information on my mice here. USPS says it departed from Vancouver on 8/5 yet the package still isn't here. I know it doesn't take 2-3 business days to drive from Vancouver to where I live (about 17 hour drive). When I track the package with Canada Post, it says it's stuck in Edison, US?
nucaNope! Nothing changed. Still stuck in Edison, US from Canada Post and lost on the way from Vancouver or something. If I don't get it within the next three days, might just get a refund.
MisterClueI tried to call both USPS and Canada Post Customer Support. I called USPS first, and they told me that it had reached Canada, so I had to call Canada Post. I then proceeded to call Canada Post and they told me that the shipment was still being shipping from USPS, and told me to go call USPS. I then called USPS for the second time and they told me it was probably in Customs.

Departed
Vancouver, CANADA
In Customs for about 11 days now? I don't even know what's taking them so long.
MisterClueOh, and I just realized, on the Canada Post website, when you check your shipping info on the desktop site, you can hover over the blue arrow pointing down below the place (Edison, US), and it says "A green Accepted bar indicates Canada Post has received your package". My accepted bar is green, so I guess Canada Post has received it, but it's in customs? At this point I'm way to confused as to whereabouts my Nixeus Revel is.
EDIT: I just found this on the Canada Post support page. "An Accepted bar with an arrow in the middle indicates your international item is en route to Canada". Well... that helps... totally.
MisterClueI sent out a review sample to Canada around the same time the MassDrop order were processed and the person just got it last Friday. I think the Union Strike in Canada Post may be causing delays:

It may also explain why some other international customers further than Canada got their mice already. So I don't think it's MassDrop's fault and out of their control.
nixeusHey, it's been a while! I see you guys are doing great. I'm just stopping by to let you know that I'm in love with this mouse and you guys did a really awesome job. Keep up the good work!
I'm planning to buy another one in the future :)
