Just to clarify, when it says "Each 4.5 oz bottle has an eyedropper cap, and includes an empty pre-greased fountain pen (Fine nib) for eyedropper fill," is it meaning that there are 3 fountain pens included in total?

cmcclureYep, there will be three empty fountain pens total. Each one already has an o-ring and silicone grease on its threads, so is ready to use right out of the box.
