Lammy0I would use the Brannock device to measure your foot (the old school metal thing you find at your shoe store with slidey parts on it)

Lammy0From the Oak Street Bootmakers website: "Our Goodyear Welted footwear runs very true-to-size. If you measure as a 9.5 on a Brannock device for example, we suggest you purchase a 9.5. We recommend a snug fit as the shoe will stretch to conform to your foot " Hope this helps!
