ChristiannHey! Do you know your true size (if you've ever had them measured on the Brannock device, that's probably the most accurate)? There are some discrepancies on how IRs fit different people, but OSB recommends staying true to size. Hope that helps!
ChristiannPer the lads at OSB, I would recommend the 6.5. There is a bit of stretch to CXL, but they're pretty consistent with their advisement to stay true to size. And while it may not be ideal, it's often easier to remedy a slightly larger boot with a thin foam insole or heavier sock than it is to try to stretch out a too-small boot. Hope that helps!
