jay.pee.geeI know right. "it should be on its way by the middle of the coming week." means that it'll get to massdrop by the 15th, shipped out the next week, and in our homes by April 25th or something. Gotta say I love massdrop but I hate waiting a month for an order to come in.

NileshGotta say I'm finding myself agreeing with you. Especially since we don't even have choice of color and such. Yeah we don't have to worry about invites, but they're really easy to get (or so I hear). I knew what I was getting into, but now that I'm here I think it is totally worth the extra $20 to not have 1 month arrival.

EatingInternetits just frustrating. they said theyll ship by 15 and it may take 2-3 days so hopefully itll be here by 17. if its not in my doorsteps by the 17, im going ape shit. thats ridiculous.

NileshIt's not a guarantee to ship by the fifteenth, it's an estimate. There could easily be errors or shipping delays which slowdown the progress. So it's possible it could ship later or earlier.

NileshThe primary purpose of the site isn't to save you a bunch of time: It's to get the lowest prices they can, and appeal to niche markets and obtain niche products. Did you think this was another Amazon clone? Notice how there are a bunch of categories for specific niches? Expensive fountain pens, expensive high quality amplifiers, expensive super durable camping gear, ffs $80 keycap sets? This isn't the shop for the average consumer. People come here to get hard-to-get products where they don't pay out the nose for one unit. Didn't you read the description of the phones and see that Massdrop has a disclaimer that the shipping estimate is April 15th? It doesn't say it'll arrive by the 15th, it doesn't even guarantee it ships by the 15th. You should have read more closely, because you shouldn't be this mad if you expected this. Have some patience, and most of all don't blame Massdrop, blame yourself.
