I apologize for delay in update on this drop.
We have shipped out all the wallets to everyone as of Monday of last week via our new east coast warehouse. We are still consolidating the processes in the new warehouse, hence the delay in updating the tracking number for the shipment.
No worries Nelson, just update us as and when you have the info.
Although, preferably ASAP ;)
If orders were shipped via an east coast warehouse on the 31st, why is it not here in Virginia yet, and why does the tracking number provided not work? USPS makes coast to coast deliveries on everything but freight within a week.
I'm thinking it didn't actually ship until I tweeted about it. -_- really, 6 days and USPS has NO INFO? Please. We're not children.
That's the only thing I can gather, but when he specifically says they shipped on Monday of last week, questions have to be raised.
I will be very hesitant to deal with them in the future. I understand if something goes wrong, but the way this has been handled is not appropriate. Just tell us, there was a delay in communication, the shipment was sent out late. Fine. Just keep us updated. I just DO NOT appreciate being lied to.
I feel the same way. I also purchased the Kone coffee filter from MassDrop, and now I am very concerned that I won't see that purchase either.
