Hey Guys,
The bulk order hasn't arrived at our warehouse yet. We will call our contact again tomorrow and confirm the status of the group's order. It is extremely disappointing that even after escalation the vendor has been extremely difficult to deal with and opaque in their dealings. If we are unable to attain a satisfactory answer tomorrow we will refund the full cost of your order.
