Hey Guys,
We were able to reach the vendor and they have provided tracking for the order. It looks like the bulk order wasn't shipped as initially promised. We will keep an eye on tracking and update the group as soon as these arrive.
We understand the group's frustration and even though we have received tracking from the vendor are offering the group a chance to cancel their orders for a full refund. Please contact support@massdrop.com if you would like a refund issued. When we initially planned this drop there was no indication that the fulfillment process would be drawn out. We are extremely disappointed with how the vendor handled this situation and are evaluating other options for these wallets for future drops.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 10/20 or sooner if something comes up.
