Is this watch "Japan movement" or is it actually "Made in Japan"? I can't seem to find it on their site nor on the photos here

mojomojoThis is "Japan Mov't" which is Seiko/Orient code for:
- Movements are made in Japan - Case is made in China (typically) - Assembly is done in Malaysia (typically)

ChristopherJthanks for the reply. I think some of the more expensive Orient are actually MIJ.

mojomojoYep, you're correct. The Orient Star line is MIJ, but those are the premier models in the $600-$2k range. For the entry level Orients in the sub-$200 range, you can definitely assume "Japan Mov't"
