Got the watch today. No taxes even though I'm in Europe. They marked the package as $99.99, which is taxable but probably because DHL global mail packaged go through a sorting facility in Germany and the tracking is changed they arrive as from within EU.
The watch looks good but the strap is pretty sub-par, so as soon as I go home from work I'll change it to a NATO - I'm thinking navy blue.
