Orion replied to me again with this, maybe there is hope. I have just spoken to Danielle on the phone. They are going to offer some exchange options, I think. And they will have the video and instructions put up on the web-site for the future drops. Their customers service will handle the issues with the people who have ordered wrong. But you will have to go through them, this really not our issue and, like I said, we can not possibly handle this mass order as our retail orders, this is a whole different wholesale program and it works completely differently. I think they will have a certain time frame in which you can contact if you want to exchange. Just please remember, this is not the way they usually do business, they are an all sales final organization due to the nature of their work, and processing returns and exchanges will be a huge job for them, and for us, and something they don't normally deal with. We would love to continue doing business with Massdrop, and I hope the customers would love to continue getting our products at highly discounted rate Massdrop can offer. So, you taking into consideration the fact that everyone is going out of their way to make customers happy, even if it's against company policy and will be a huge job, would be greatly appreciated by both them and us.
