This is completely unacceptable. I have gotten some good deals with Massdrop but constantly have to wonder what's going on and what's taking so long. Sadly this is going to be my last purchase when it ever arrives.

MinkI feel the same way. I feel the specifics of the drop were purposefully made unclear in order to encourage a sign up. Dishonesty may get you a sign-up, but it will lose you subsequent ones. I will be very wary to sign up for another drop unless Massdrop makes a serious effort to be clear about milestones, including processes and factors that will delay a shipment.
