My wife and I went for our first paddle yesterday. The kayaks were quick and very responsive. Our first build took around 20 minutes following the instructions closely. Putting the second kayak together was much quicker. I'm 6'2" and entering the boat was manageable. Exiting the boat was more complicated as my knees were stuck under the deck. At first I just awkwardly pulled myself out by leaning over the dock as much as possible and pushing upward with my upper body. I later realized that I could unbuckle the front of the cockpit to free my knees, making it much easier to exit the boat. The other issue we encountered was that we over tightened the paddle connector to the point that we needed to use a strap wrench to undo it. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and are thrilled to have kayaks we can transport so easily.
