My dad is a professional drafter, and he got me into quality mechanical pencils. I've never owned a GraphGear, but a pentel pencil has never let me down except in cases of extreme abuse, even pentel's cheaper ones. The lead never wiggles, and I only break the lead if I'm being stupid and click out too much at once. I've only had one jam when I dropped it five feet onto it's tip.
Bought two 0.3mm for myself and one of each of them except 0.9 for both my mom and my dad. Wish I could afford the GraphGear 1000.
Glad I saw this drop; was about to go buy some from pentel directly and that would have been a lot more expensive from what I remember.
