No dimensions given, but with what looks like a narrow blade I'm going to say good luck to those with large hands who don't want to toughen their knuckles up punching a cutting board. Particularly so given that they advertise it as a rock chopper. Also 46 for 55 HRC? And nameless stainless steel? This is a pretty standard design before deployability situation. They cared more about the handle then the knife. First off nobody needs that much belly on a chefs. Unless you're bob kramer I guess, but unless you're trying to rock chop butternut squash then it really won't be used. It also raises the tip hella far, which is going to need janky elbow angles for tip work. Essentially the chefs looks more like a fillet knife then anything.
Instead of this, just wait for the victorinox 8 incher to go on sale, it'll drop to low-mid 30's and is a far better deal then this. Known steel, same hardness, usable profile, an actual knife handle instead of an art project full of grooves.
Hell, go buy a walmart knife. It'll be 10 bucks instead of 50, with a serviceable handle, a better profile and steel that won't be that much worse then this. 55 HRC in this day and age is pretty terrible; at this point even wusthof and other german knives famous for soft steel have bumped their game up to 58 hrc.
TLDR: This knife looks pretty but you have many better options out there.
