I have been corresponding with Support for more than 2 months. In the first instance it was because the pen I ordered had been back ordered. I was given the option of ordering a larger nib which I did. Approximately 6 weeks ago I received a vanishing point instead of a Pilot Falcon and notified support. To date I have not received instructions on returning the wrong pen nor any update on the status of receiving the pilot falcon. I had been happy with massdrop up to this point but will be circumspect about ordering in the future. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME TO STRAIGHTEN THIS MESS OUT!
