Despite the shipment for this order arriving at our warehouse, the pens in the shipment require additional sorting/labeling from our end that we did not budget for.
Given the sizes and colors of the pens, our warehouse team need to make sure everything is here and accounted for.
These have been going out in batches over the last few days and we have told our staff to get most of the orders out as fast as they can.
