Why all the complaining? If you want fast shipping and punctilious customer service go to a traditional retailer and be prepared to pay full retail price. Where do you think the savings comes from?

jhoppsIf they don't want to back themselves into a corner, they shouldn't say we will hear something on a certain date. It's not that complicated. They did great with the last update.
