The only thing that comes to mind is this is far less than acceptable. How long did it take to realize the supplier did not fully satisfy the order? How about a little better communication? Maybe a personal email to the delayed customers explaining how the ball was dropped. Which ink option was insufficient? Is anything going to be done to satisfy the many upset customers? Has anyone actually received their order?
