Personally I highly recommend against getting this. Before I bought a "real" fountain pen I bought a few of these and tried them. They wrote extremely wet with thick lines that took forever to dry and feathered on quite a bit of paper.
My current pens from Lamy which are filled with various noodlers inks don't exhibit any of these problems.
