bought this a while ago. great coat. love it. i bought a medium. i am a 42l in suits (but chore coats are spring wear, so kinda higher cut is needed, but if i could go back, i would buy the tall version probably, just more comfortable for me, but i get compliments all the time when i wear the regular medium), 6 foot 180 lbs, not fat not slim not built, just kinda regular. love the coat though. measurements are true to size on their website for medium as far as i can tell. normally wear about a 34-35 for sleeves, 15.5-16 neck.
the coat reaches about halfway through the zipper on my pants, just below the top of the back pocket(s).
