I'm 5'10.5" (179 cm) tall, 138 lbs (62.5 Kg), somewhat lean, and I should have sized up to the small or small/tall one.
That said, I really love it, and it'll make soldering in the garage a lot easier. As people have said: that collar!
What I recommend:
If you think you're "spot on" for a size, go ahead and pick it. All others between sizes (on the chart), size up.

dorkvaderI'm pretty sure the chart measurements are the jacket not the wearer ,,,,,which is confusing
