I too am dissapointed by the lack of, or slow response by Massdrop. I've sent them 2 enquiries, one about 10 days ago and one 2 days ago about my shipping issue as it hasn't reached me yet. The item was sent on the 15th of May. I think I've given them sufficient time to figure an appropriate response and figured writing it out here gives me the best chance of an answer.
Edit: They have responded to my earlier enquiry on the 25/5 on the 27/5. I must have missed it. I apologise for my error.

RWTanRemember too Massdrop's shipping method isn't the best... or fast.
If you're located in the US it can take up to a week. If you're outside of the US, it can take a few weeks (even up to a month).
I just got mine today in Perth, AU.
