Just got mine today. Got it all put together and found this. I was definitely careful opening the box and getting everything out so I know I didn't do this. From a lot of reviews I've read on these types of chairs, this is really common. It's about a 1/4in long. It's not TOO bad, but it would be nice if it wasn't there, of course. So the chair is almost perfect.

GreatSaskiI would be very upset. There is no need to be paying so much for a chair being damaged.

GreatSaskiYou got to give the delivery guys some slack though. They got all the pieces there without making the chair unable to be assembled.
