We received tracking info from the vendor earlier this week, but it looks like the shipment hasn't moved yet. I will give them a ring first thing in the morning to see if this delay was expected or if this is a shipping error. Once this issue is resolved we will ready up our team and make sure once these reach us that they are processed quickly and are on their way to you.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 11/26 or sooner if something comes up.
