We have been in close contact with the vendor and have updated news to share with the group. As part of our pre-drop process we make sure that the vendor has enough units to fulfill the group's order. Unfortunately for the Razer Kraken Forged Edition Headphone drop, due to an error on the vendor’s end that was further accentuated due to the holiday rush; the units set aside for the group were shipped to a distributor and sold.
As soon as we received the news we reached out to our other contacts in an effort to source this or a similar headphone. Unfortunately, due to widespread unavailability nobody was able to fill an order of this size on short notice.
Due to this we will be issuing all group members full refunds for their orders. Refunds will be applied to your payment method within 1-3 business days.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and and have forwarded feedback to our vendor and are looking into different vendors to source Kingston products from.
