I try to like this knife. Once opened, it is ergonomically excellent. It provides a 3 to 3.5 finger grip for my medium/large hands.
The main issue is that the detent is too strong for the amount of tension required to open the blade. The double sided fullers are short becuse of the large angle of the the drop point and are therefore close to the pivot. Therefore it requires a lot of force to open the blade.
As said by others, almost impossible to open with one hand.

1004014638Do you know the size of the spine at the top thick part? I am thinking about installing a thumb stud on it, but I do not know the size of that one area.
