kpjimmyRegal pens are pretty much all European Mediums (and dry writers, stock).

ironhelixxOf the 5 I've tried from Regal, only one has really been dry (that nib wasn't great, but it only needed a little tweaking). The others have been pretty good writers. Ink makes a big difference.
