I wanted to love this pen, it does write smoothly and feel nice in my hand. However, mine has some irregularity or something stuck in the bottom of the barrel so that the converter won't fit. I emailed Regal customer service, they asked a few questions and said they would ship a new barrel immediately. I never got it, so I emailed again. They said they shipped a second one and I never got that either. I emailed again that I never got the pen barrel and never heard back.
