I ordered two pens. Both pens had residual metal shavings in the tip hole (fixed now) and one of them came with visibly misaligned clip (cannot be fixed). I have read that I am not alone. I am quite disappointed with manufacturing quality and QC at Karas Kustoms.

BILLKARASEDIT: OK, I managed to realign the clip. I had to swap several mails with KK, send photos, etc. After all, I ended up online buying 1/16" hex key which is not common in Europe. KK should check twice when shipping items overseas or pack the hex key together with the pen. The clip misalignment is a common problem with these pens. Because I do not live in the US, all I got under warranty was a good advice. The rest was on my own expenses.
To stay unbiased I have to add that the pen is nice, works without problems and I use it every single day.
