IanAndersonSo, my Brannock sizing is 10B. What that really means is that outside Allen Edmonds, who produce a lot of their shoes in a lot of widths, I usually wear a 9D for TTS shoes. Otherwise, I have some shoes that are even size 8D (Grenson Dylan, runs half size large). I can wear them, but they're a bit tight and I haven't broken them in yet so I don't know about a few months down the line.
The closest thing to these that I have, I think, are the Grenson sharp boots, which is a 9E, but they do have a lot of wiggle room in them. On Original Chippewa service boots, 9D with higher volume insoles are a very good fit.
Sizing help with these? Ron? @IanAnderson ?

payodpandaNarrow is tough these days, for sure! Great question.....and I have to say I'm not in the habit of suggesting smaller/wider to fit a narrow foot. If you twist my arm I'd say 9.5D, but my honest opinion is to pass. I just can't suggest a mis-fit.

RonRiderAh. Thanks for the honest suggestion! Do you have plans for doing any other MTO for Massdrop anytime soon? Also, do you have any lasts that would fit slimmer foot profiles, that you use to make boots? I see that the 4A last is probably a bit slimmer than 42, but I'm not sure. The 490 last used for the project you had to bail out from also looks slim but I much much prefer the classic round toe look.
The thing is that I've been looking for a decent pair of everyday boots that I can use in any weather condition since last year, I settled on the Chippewa service boots but only because I got them on sale. All the boots I looked at were pretty... Wide. And they look like service boots, just in a nice color. When I saw these I thought this would solve my problem because this looked much slimmer and would fit me better.
