I have placed an order on Jun 26, 2015.It is shipped on 10/13/2015.How ever it is shown as "Not found" on DHL's website on the first few days after shipping.
I contacted Massdrop and was told to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks.I have waited 6 weeks now and contacted them again.Hoping to receive a solution this time.
Very disappointed about Massdrop's customer support now.When I first joined the site it was pretty good,fast responds and helpful solution.
I will avoid high-value goods from Massdrop from now on.DHL's shipping is insufferable and having problem with anything above $150 to my country.Massdrop was using UPS MI and it was great,but they changed.
