I just got my grinder. 2nd person to join the drop. Fucking bummed. It has a scratch on one side, and a chip or something on the other. Sending you an email right now. Can you help? I would like a replacement one same color asap. Please help.

nelsonTo anyone reading this... I just wanted to let you guys know how awesome the customer service is so far. I called Massdrop up to let them know of this issue, and Nelson calls my up from his cell phone 5 minute later telling me not to worry and that he will personally take care of it. This kind of CS is becoming rare, and I was super impressed! Thanks Nelson!!!
