I received my order today with one of the jars chipped up and cracked glass. The second was loosely capped and spilt all over the packaging.
I have filed an incident report regarding my order. Looking forward to hear back about the remedy.
What seems to have happened is that while both the jars were securely packed within your bubble air wrap thingie (which is awesome by the way), they rattle against each other in transit thus leading to chips, cracks and spillages. You may want to avoid packing two non isolated glass jars together in future.
