This is for one pair, right? Also, anyone comment on sizing? Do they run true? I tend to wear jeans that are labeled 30 but if I measure, I'm like a 33" in the waist and I have fairly large thighs, so not sure if medium or small is right.

FiddlerMDI wear size 33 to 34 pants/jeans depending on the style and the Medium is perfect.
