perception is definitely important, and good will is a bank with a limited pool. Public perception is important, and I would hope people would be wise enough to understand the importance here, and stray from thinking this is a money grab by the publisher. From all accounts, Jamey is a nice, friendly game publisher, who is RIGHTFULLY protecting his hard work, It's not about making YOU pay $3 more, its about the impression that the game is WORTH $49.99 because that's how much it cost BEFORE it has come out thanks to unauthorized sales by an illegitimate third party seller. If you can't make logical connections there, your missing the point... I think, lol.

warp00tExcept that IS what the game is worth because its within a few dollars (and actually more expensive with shipping in some cases) then it was available for from "authorized" sellers.

I'm fairly certain that the $80.00 MSRP text written directly underneathe the SALE price of $49.99 gives us the crystal clear impression that the game is worth $80.00.
