"China Made" - uh, no thanks.
99% of what you own is china made, and this is a legitimate company that makes great quality and good looking watches, do some research :)
To reiterate the other response, Sea-Gull marks these as "China Made" because they make a good product, are proud of it, and want "China Made" to be synonymous with high-quality watches. Companies that make low-quality watches wouldn't have this statement on the watch's face, because of customer thoughts like you've shared.
Also, in poor quality watches, a similar flying wheel would possibly be advertised as a tourbillon (hence the comment above about a "fake tourbillon"). Here, it's clearly not, because (again) Sea-Gull works to make a quality product, and doesn't try to mislead customers.
