KailecWater destroys these boots. So depends what you call a winter but here in New Zealand, no. Aside from that these boots are awesome! Just watch them around the girls because as I mentioned before, getting these badboys wet will destroy them. I paid $110 for mine last time which is pretty ruthless! :O
