ChristopherJHey @ChristopherJ, I had emailed Massdrop support about something a few (six) days back, but haven't heard back from anybody. Is there any way to get in contact with support directly?
I love Massdrop and the drops featured here, but the customer service over email is annoyingly slow. :)

payodpandaHey @payodpanda, our CS is especially backed up right now but I agree that 6 days is quite a long time. I know that they are actively making changes right now so that it's improved in the future. I'll forward your info to them.
