Finally! I received my watch today, and am very pleased with the looks. However, the automatic winding is pretty loud. I can hear the metal sliding around as I move my wrist. Is this normal, or should I try to exchange?

MJ83I have a different model Seiko automatic (21 jewel, Malay-made mechanism; supposed to be very similar to the one in this model, but built for a lower price point), and yes, you hear that part of the mechanism as your wrist moves. I think that part is called the rotor. Perfectly normal.
