We've continued to coordinate with our warehouse team regarding the shipment of these replacement units. They've informed us that while most have now shipped, a small handful still remains due to a short-shipment from the vendor. We are working directly with them to ensure this gets resolved as soon as possible, and we'll update the group again once everything goes through our warehouse and on its way to you.
Thanks once again for your ongoing patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 10/5 or sooner if something comes up.
