Mark@Mark Thank you so much! I had actually just found it after I posted that. Must be a resolution problem or something on my work computer. The button didn't show up unless i hovered over it. I just kept moving my mouse around and it finally showed up. Kinda hard to know where to click if you don't see it at all though! It looked completely fine on my home comuter

The reason why the key does not work is probably because there's a mismatch with the user name. We just sent out an email with additional clarification and information on activating the software. Hopefully that will address your issue.
Definitely let us know and keep us updated if you continue to have problem activating the software.
