We spoke to our representative earlier today with the hopes of providing the group some good news, but due to the acquisition of Sheaffer and the current restructuring of their fulfillment strategy, delays that were originally unexpected are still ongoing.
We have been in regular contact with our representative throughout the process and they have been forwarding us the latest from the fulfillment channel. The dates that were provided have been changing from week to week. Units were scheduled to arrive with the vendor later on this week, but that estimate was pushed back earlier this morning.
We are very unhappy with the situation and feel that the best option for the group is a full refund in addition to a $15 credit. We understand that this option doesn’t nearly make up for the inconvenience, but at this point we are not confident that the vendor will be able to get these in soon.
A lot of feedback has been passed to the vendor for this drop and we will make sure that these issues are addressed before running another promotion.

KrisLyssaraHey @KrisLyssara -- I think this was handled through email because members in the group were affected differently, and also because this was a really long delay with inventory that was 1) not actually what we placed an order for and 2) on backorder for longer that we were told to expect.
This was really frustrating for members, and our team as well. Everything from the last drop should be resolved, but if you still need anything please let me know (writing@massdrop.com).
