An update for you all. Thanks to help from the group, we've identified a small hiccup that occurred during fulfillment because of an incorrect packing list. The result of this was packages mistakenly shipped without the included hard case. The good news is that all hard cases have arrived at our warehouse and are ready to begin shipping first thing tomorrow morning.
