It might not be Massdrop's fault, but it's clear that there are some serious flaws in Massdrop's work model. This has moved from enthusiasm about a unique deal to a very disappointing experience: not such a unique deal and worst delivery experience ever.
I hope they learn from this and make some changes to how they operate. Perhaps it may require a policy change: instant refunds if the product doesn't ship in time, for example, would put pressure on the sellers. If Massdrop is transparent and tells me what these changes are, I might consider trying the service again in the future. As of now, I'm thinking: nice idea, but it doesn't work well.
