I just received mine yesterday, and there's a huge dent in the side. (And it looks like I'm not the only one.) Looks like something I grabbed out of the damaged goods clearance bin at Wal-Mart. That's simply not acceptable, Massdrop.
Also, it ships completely unsealed, for people who are bothered by that.
As for the product itself, I bought the peppermint/rosemary one (after being warned away from the rotten cafe latte scent), and it smells nice, but it's much harder in consistency than the other shaving cream I got from MD--this will definitely need a brush to be useable. Which is fine, but I haven't owned one for many years. What kind of brush do people recommend for use with Simpsons?
gibbousmoonI don't know about Simpson's per say, but I use a Vie Long horse brush from Spain (Badgers and Boars are killed and skinned for shaving brushes and always shipped from China where they are pests I believe). I think any brush can help you get what you want if you follow lather etiquette haha.
